Calendly: Scheduling — their privacy policy applies to scheduling data.
Zoom: Video calls — recordings only with your consent.
HubSpot: CRM and email — contact management and form submissions.

Stripe: Payment processing — we never see or store your full card number.
Vercel: Website hosting.
Data Retention
Consulting documents are retained per your service tier: Navigator 5 years, Advocate 7 years, Principal 10 years.
